So you wanna run your own business and make lots of money? Are you ready to put the work in to get it to that several figure income? Of course you are but why aren’t you making money right now off all the hard work your doing? Simple, your implementation techniques are probably off kilter a little bit.
When it comes to making money off products you first of all need to KNOW YOUR PRODUCT, if you don’t know your product inside and out customers are going to see through your empty shell and most likely they won’t waste the time of day purchasing your product.
To know your product you should know how and why it works, how to repair or make things right with dissatisfied customers (yes there will be some) and thirdly you should always have respect for customers whether they are nice to you or not.
I can’t tell you how many people to this day still come asking me questions about my 3d training material even though the business has been shut down for over a year now. (What does that say about customer service?)…
Now I know you all are saying yah, yah we have heard this all before. But guess what, I am going to keep preaching it till you get it, its not really something I can just explain but if you hear it enough eventually you will catch on to how important this is. I can preach till I’m blue in the face (and I will) but you have to make the decision to change your ways to become successful!
I know this post is sort of short but in it I gave you multiple tips to grow your business easily! That’s right, all you have to do is KNOW YOUR PRODUCT and BE NICE TO CUSTOMERS. Once you have mastered those two vital steps you will make money online. Plain And Simple Isn’t It?

I know you all want to make some money quick with your blogs and I have always preached against quick money making techniques however today I am going to point out 4 things you can do to your blog to generate some quick revenue if your in a jamb for cash!
Adsense
The first way I would recommended to make some quick revenue is install adsense on your blog. Read some of our past and future posts on proper adsense placements to maximize your CTR%. But be warned that adsense only pays out once a month.
Kontera
One of my new favorite ways to bring in income on a blog is by using kontera, because its intext advertising the CTR% seems to be pretty high most of the time. My only concern is that on forums it messes up the site and some pages can’t load, however I have not seen any problems on a blog thus far and I believe its a good way to earn some income quick!
Once again though they only pay out once per month!
Banners
I have said it before, and I will say it again! Banners are the best way to make money with a blog. You could also call it private ad sales but I prefer to say banners as selling text links is a big no no!
I suggest you put 6 to 8 125×125 spots up for grabs on the sidebar of your blog, I also suggest one 768X90 and a 468×60 banner somewhere on your blog. You never know what size ads a advertiser will want and you can always fill those spots with affiliate ads until you actually sell a spot!
List Ad Sales
Lastly to make money quick with a blog I would go to sites like BzImage, DigitalPoint and SitePoint. List your advertisement slots on these boards and a few people will contact you about buying the spots. SitePoint is probablly your bigger money market and DP is for those cheap ads usually under $25.

Reverse marketing is the concept of making potential customers seek you out instead of the other way around. There are many approaches to this and the best would be with examples.
Traditionally marketing involves things like TV spots, print ads, or other methods companies actively do to attract customers for their product or service. An example of reverse marketing would be a company that sells water purifiers, and adds to their web site a long E-book or essay about subjects that potential customers are searching for on search engines.
Also they might post helpful answers on the Usenet newsgroup message boards, with their tag line at the end of each message. A strength of this type of reverse marketing is that customers searching the topic can find someone who first demonstrates their knowledge on a topic with helpful information and links at the bottom to check out their online store.
Compared to just putting a banner ad up on a web site, reverse marketing can attract very high quality customers who are ready to buy, especially after seeing that a company is knowledgeable and helpful about a product they wish to buy. A similar example of reverse marketing would be to put up an unbiased review site, with links to your web page for more information or a similar product to those you’re reviewing.
The main idea of reverse marketing is to put useful content out there where people will find it when they are researching a product. Paid links often return poorer results in this case, as the search engines display them separately. People respond much better to content when it’s main purpose is not an actual advertisement, and it gives you a chance to demonstrate your knowledge and expertise first.
Don’t be worried about putting in a plug or two for your company, but it would be best to put a disclaimer up front telling them that you run a business that sells these types of products, and to be an unbiased as possible. If it’s just a thinly veiled promotional letter instead of a truly useful guide to buying the types of products you sell, people won’t get far into it. Balance it well with useful information not only to build up confidence of the customer with your firm, but also to keep it from looking like a blatant advertisement. Reverse marketing techniques of often the most powerful when done well, as people really let their guard down when they are getting the information they need, and often this is what gets them to buy on the spot when they have a great deal of confidence in the company they are purchasing from. Obviously I’m a big fan of reverse marketing and I highly recommend you use it.
